We are looking for an IT support personnel willing to work in L1/L2 model on 24/7 shift basis.
Should be highly analytical and able to understand business needs.
Excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities are essential.
Daily monitoring in GG sync
ODI job monitoring and basic development
Basic Issue analysis & troubleshooting
Work in 3 shifts(Morning-Day and Night) to support the 24/7
Familiarity with ETL like ODI.
Knowledge of databases(SQL and PL/SQL)
Understanding of business practices
Excellent communication skills
Analytical mindset and problem-solving aptitude
BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
Worked in L1/L2 production support model
Knowledge of shell scripting and golden gate will be an add on
